In this update, users can manage substitutes directly in their profile, search by arrival method, and benefit from more reliable invoice export.

  • Manage your own substitutes from user profile
    Users can now conveniently designate and manage their own approval substitutes directly from their user profile before taking leave, without needing admin assistance. WIN-1450

  • Traceability and search filters for invoice source and format
    Winvoice now records comprehensive details on how each invoice was received (such as EDI/Peppol, email, PDF, or drag-and-drop). This origin data is available in the invoice history and can be used as a search filter. WIN-1161

  • Safer and more reliable invoice exports
    Added safeguards to prevent simultaneous export processes for the same invoice, eliminating the risk of duplicate postings or sync conflicts. WIN-1466

  • Improved layout in replace user dialog
    Optimized the layout of the user replacement dialog, removing awkward horizontal scrollbars for a cleaner, smoother experience. WIN-1401

  • Sort invoice lists by approver
    You can now easily sort your invoice lists by the Approver column in ascending or descending order, making workflow tracking even simpler. WIN-1358

  • Resizable columns for invoice line items
    You can now customize column widths on invoice line tables by dragging column borders, making it easier to view extensive descriptions and account details. WIN-1330

    Refined the integration run dialog to display only relevant, actionable details and status information for the selected sync job. WIN-1412

Bug Fixes​

  • Enhanced balance validation for preliminary booking
    Invoices are now verified to ensure amounts are fully balanced before preliminary registration, preventing unbalanced postings from being sent to your ERP. WIN-1469

  • Resolved issue with automated email reminders
    Fixed an issue that temporarily interrupted automated email reminders. Approval and review reminders are now being sent out reliably as scheduled. WIN-1464

  • Visual correction for tag icon
    Fixed a display issue where tag and label icons could appear distorted or misaligned in the interface. WIN-1431

  • Column order now persists upon reload
    Resolved an issue where customized table column orders would reset after refreshing the page. Your personal list preferences are now reliably saved. WIN-1422

  • Complete user details in Excel export
    Fixed an issue where the user column in the user list appeared blank upon exporting to Excel. All user details are now fully populated in the exported file. WIN-1390
