  • Faster navigation in invoice attachments
    Optimized attachment page rendering to make switching between pages significantly faster, eliminating unnecessary loading delays when reviewing multi-page documents. WIN-1480

Integrations​

  • Visma.net Visma.net: Improved purchase order and preliminary registration flow
    Organizations using Visma.net can now comfortably enable both purchase order matching and preliminary registration. Invoices matched to purchase receipts automatically bypass preliminary registration, preventing workflow conflicts. WIN-1502

  • Medius: Invoice history import
    Introduced support for importing historical supplier invoice data from Medius, ensuring a smooth transition to Winvoice with complete access to past invoices and accounting details. WIN-1271

Bug Fixes​

  • Resolved issue when denying invoice review
    Previously, rejecting an invoice during review could cause the approver to be missing from the invoice header in subsequent steps. The workflow now reliably preserves approver assignments following a denied review. WIN-1605

  • Accurate deferrals when applying previous accounting
    Applying previous accounting lines could previously link multiple rows to the same deferral schedule. Each line now correctly generates its own independent deferral record. WIN-1604

  • Profile picture display for Visma users
    Fixed an issue where user avatars for Visma-connected accounts failed to load. Profile pictures now display properly across the platform. WIN-1594

  • Invoice line updates upon Excel re-upload
    Re-uploading an Excel file with edited values previously failed to refresh existing invoice line details. Invoice lines now reliably update to reflect all new values from the re-uploaded sheet. WIN-1587

  • Blocking Visma-synchronized users
    Resolved an issue where deactivating or blocking Visma-synchronized users was not applied as expected. User access and account statuses now update reliably. WIN-1559
