Connecting Winvoice to Bokio

Bokio is a modern and user-friendly cloud accounting software. With Winvoice's Bokio integration, data capture and invoice approval are automated for growing companies and accounting consultants seeking the market's smoothest approval workflow connected to Bokio.

Features in the Bokio Integration​

  • Automated Master Data Sync: Suppliers and the chart of accounts are fetched from Bokio at regular intervals.
  • Voucher and Invoice Export: Fully approved invoices are automatically exported as journal vouchers or accounts payable entries in Bokio.
  • Cloud Supporting Documents: The invoice's original PDF is uploaded, allowing auditors and accountants to view the supporting voucher directly within Bokio.

Connection Instructions​

  1. Log in to Winvoice with an administrator account.
  2. Navigate to Settings -> Integrations and select Bokio.
  3. Click Connect to Bokio.
  4. Log in to your Bokio account and authorize the permissions for Winvoice.
  5. Select which Bokio company to synchronize.
  6. Click Activate Integration. Master data registers are loaded, and the integration is ready to use!
