Connecting Winvoice to Visma Business NXT

Visma Business NXT is Visma's next-generation cloud ERP for medium and large enterprises. Winvoice is fully integrated with Business NXT via its high-performance GraphQL API, enabling real-time synchronization of complex registers, advanced purchase order matching, and efficient multi-company management.

Connection Instructions​

To connect Winvoice to your Visma Business NXT company:

  1. Log in to Winvoice with an administrator account.
  2. Navigate to Settings -> Integrations and click Visma Business NXT.
  3. Enter your Tenant ID and click Authorize with Visma Connect.
  4. Log in to Visma Connect and approve Winvoice's integration permissions.
  5. Select which company client (Company Client) in Business NXT to connect to your Winvoice organization.
  6. Click Save and test connection.
  7. Master data registers for suppliers, chart of accounts, and dimensions are imported automatically.

Purchase Order Matching against Business NXT​

When a supplier invoice arrives with a purchase order number matching an open order in Business NXT:

  • Winvoice retrieves the order header and lines in real time.
  • If goods are confirmed as received in Business NXT, the invoice can be matched automatically against the goods receipt (Goods Receipt).
  • Upon approval, the supplier invoice is created and the purchase order is marked as invoiced in Business NXT.
